My Story

Hi, I’m Ernest—A well seasoned individual, 78 years of age. I’m still on the move, and excited to share what I’ve learned about aging well.

Over the years I’ve worn many hats: mechanic, trucker, small business owner, sailplane pilot, scuba diving divemaster, and more. I’ve raced motorcycles, survived cancer, healed from major surgeries, and today I still load and unload the cargo van for my wife’s flea market sales, ride a recumbent trike, and take my motorcycle out for a spin.

Despite all those adventures and challenges, I live medication-free—apart from one small prescription to prevent gout—and I feel stronger now because of the consistent steps I’ve taken to preserve flexibility, balance, and mobility.

Continuous movement is key to flexibility and balance, especially as we age. You’ll find suggestions, videos, information, and simple tools here to help maintain both physical function and mental clarity. The emotional side of healthy aging often gets overlooked — not here.

Too many health sites make aging feel like a problem to solve.
I see it differently. This is a new chapter — and one filled with potential.
